National Marts Farm Safety Awareness and Remembrance Day

During the week of 23rd October 2017 we remember the 217 people who have lost their lives in farm accidents since 2007. The devastating effect on their families, friends and the wider farming community cannot be measured.  This week all Marts will hold one minutes silence to remember those lost to farming accidents.  This initiative is supported by the HSA, Farm Safety Partnership, FBD, ICOS and Embrace FARM.  If you have experienced loss due to a farming accident Embrace FARM is there to offer support.  Follow this LINK to their website.
