Beware – Misuse of Marked Diesel

The penalties for the misuse of marked diesel can vary widely.  Recent Revenue lists of defaulters show that fines imposed were as high as €14,000.  Just remember that marked fuel is not for use in the jeep or car and should be confined to use in the appropriate agricultural vehicles being used for agricultural works.
