Launch of Farm Safety Report and Seanad Debate

As a significant contributor to the consultation process, PAC was invited to attend the Launch of the Farm Safety Report at the Oireachtas.
13 Tom at SeanadAlong with other important stakeholders, PAC was also invited to attend the Seanad Debate on the Report where Minister for Agriculture Simon Coveney addressed the Seanad.  Minster Coveney congratulated all the stakeholders who contributed to the report also  referring to PAC by name for its input. The Minister gave a commitment that Farm Safety would be kept high on the agenda during his term of office and outlined a number of strategies that his Department would pursue over the coming years, many of which were part of the recommendations in the PAC submission.
