Tom Murphy meets Franz Fischler

Tom Murphy met up with old friend Franz Fischler on a recent visit to Brussels where both were attending the Forum on the Future of Agriculture.  Fischler, who was Agricultural Commissioner 1995/2004, spoke at the conference, where he called for an imaginative reform of the CAP. At the same time Tom Murphy called for agricultural contractors to be taken into account in the new CAP.
