Nitrogen Derogation – Info Meeting

Teagasc will hold a series of information meetings in early February to explain the effects of recent changes to the Nitrates Action Plan. This will include soil sampling rules, reduction in chemical fertiliser limits, soiled water storage periods and low emission slurry spreading (LESS), dairy cow branding and tillage changes.
