RTE’s Damien O’Reilly – Moderator at PAC Conference

Damien O’Reilly acted as moderator at the PAC Ireland Conference at the Newpark Hotel, Kilkenny on Friday 2nd February. Damien hosted a programme of impressive speakers, including Keynote Speaker Phil Hogan, EU Commissioner for Agriculture described the Irish agri-food sector “as a jewel in Ireland’s crown, but it is perhaps forgotten how strongly our farmers rely on the services provided by our contractors” he continued “the reality is that most farmers do not have the resources to invest in the latest technology themselves, so when it comes to cutting silage, spreading slurry or making bales, they leave it to the experts”.  More to come later……
